KillMyBill is an AI-powered tool that analyzes bill images and generates dispute letters on your behalf. The Service allows you to: - Upload images or PDFs of bills for AI analysis - Receive estimated savings based on bill type - Generate professional dispute letters in your chosen tone - Optionally send letters via email or physical mail through third-party delivery services The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that any dispute letter will result in a reduction of your bill.
KillMyBill is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The dispute letters generated by the Service are templates based on common billing error patterns and are intended for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or should be relied upon as legal counsel. You should consult a qualified attorney if you require legal advice regarding your specific situation. Review every generated letter carefully before sending it. You are solely responsible for the content of any letter you send.
You may use the Service without creating an account. If you sign in with Google, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your account - Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access - Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features of the Service require payment. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Fees are charged at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not store your payment card information. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
When you upload a bill, the image is transmitted to our AI analysis providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) for processing. By uploading a bill, you grant us permission to transmit the image to these providers for the purpose of analysis. We do not permanently store your bill images on our servers. Uploaded images are processed in memory during analysis and discarded. Generated letters may be stored in our database if you are signed in, to support your account history. Please do not upload bills containing sensitive information beyond what is necessary for dispute purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Any dispute letter will achieve a reduction in your bill - AI analysis results will be accurate or complete - The Service will meet your specific requirements
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KILLMYBILL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree not to use the Service to: - Upload fraudulent, fabricated, or altered bills - Generate dispute letters containing false or misleading statements - Violate any applicable law or regulation - Infringe the rights of any third party - Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service - Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, Lob, Resend, and Google. Your use of features that involve these providers is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
